Today I found out I don’t have to give up my need to surround myself with Ryan and David. Avanade called me today to extend me an offer and I accepted. Weird, I’m going to be a solution developer (Programmer II)!

This is crazy to think about, as I remember my first quarter freshman year struggling in my 142 and thinking “Well, I guess I can never be a programmer.” Now five years later, I guess it all clicks into play and now I realize it’s not me, C just sucks. I think they’re going to be utilizing my database background on projects, which is cool because I love data modeling. I’m just so happy now I don’t have to worry about August 31st and the end of my employment with the GEAR UP grant. Anyways, like Ryan I’m gonna say.. “Here I come Avanade“
