I just downloaded Google Plus Earth and wow! I LOVE IT! It’s so feature-rich that I don’t even know where to begin. Imagine Keyhole + prettiness + driving directions + play back of your driving path = Google Plus Earth

It allows you also to hook up your GPS (which I haven’t yet) and show exactly where you are in Satellite view. They seem to have really improved the rendering image as it doesn’t have the same blocky-downloading effect that Keyhole LT has.

You can also overlay your own images over the map, which is neat, I guess. I don’t know.. it’s going to take me a while to discover all the new additions.

I think the neatest thing is instead of only flying between places like a big hop, it now lets you fly like you’re a helicopter following the road, a much better representation of how we normally travel.
