A bit more than a susurrus of a day!
I awoke to the susurrus of my blinds from the wind of the storm. The days now lack the beautiful alpenglow that spoil me during the summer mornings. Instead, they are replaced with subfusc clouds, creating dapples of light on the soaked pavement.
Anthony has been asking me to play WoW with him, as well as David… but I’m reluctant to start because I hate feeling like a neophyte, which I always do when I play games. I asked David the point of immolating in WoW, and he said:
David Horm says:
killing somebody gives you honor points
David Horm says:
along with bragging rights
David Horm says:
honor points means better reputation
David Horm says:
better reputation also means more deals and discounts and exclusive pvp gear
WoW seems to have an entire set of mores that I will soon have to learn.

I found this short movie about Trusted Computing, and although not very detailed in its content, it is done really well. Check it out! If you don’t like the super high quality from my server, you can always check out a lower resolution at Lafkon.

You’d think there was a malediction put upon him, being stuck with this virago. He never found somone so loquacious and orotund as she, when she bruits the latest gossip of the day to all she sees. While she appears to be very aware of everyone’s life around her, it’s amazing she’s unaware that her quick switch in her mawkish expressions of care to a raging maniac causes him to frequently take umbrage in her presence.
No commentsA Little Bit Of Nothing – Part 2
As you may now begin to see, my weekly “Little Bit Of Nothing” posts are nothing more than an attempt to improve my lexicon, as well as yours.
I hope that these posts become a tocsin to the growing problem of our lackadaisical approach to language. In fear of sounding somewhat aberrant from our normal casual language, I encourage everyone to become a votary in pursuing a diverse vocabulary. Do this for yourself, not for the pelf it may bring you. If you do, I predict that you will soon find your conversations become filled with sempiternal effulgence.

Seems like you can now justify that purchase of that big monitor… or monitors. A recent study finds that those that have larger monitors (more screen real estate), are 10 – 45% more productive on tasks.
